Hello friend!

I'm so happy you've made your way here! Enjoy these extra goodies!

Let's Get Creative!

Let's get creative!

Are you curious about what to do with the supplies in this month's envelope?

When you're ready, grab your supplies:

Watercolor Paper Bookmark (from your envelope)
Tissue Paper Squares (from your envelope)
Small Cup or Bowl of Water
Small Paintbrush or Folded-Up Paper Towel
Tray OR Sheet of Wax Paper/Aluminum Foil

NOTE: This tissue paper isn't normal...it's called bleeding tissue paper because when you wet it, the color will "bleed" out of it. Before you begin, you'll want to set a tray or piece of wax paper or aluminum foil under your workspace so that the bleeding colors don't get on anything else.

Dip your paintbrush in the water and "paint" water all over your bookmark (use the side that does NOT have the scratcher message). If you don't have a paintbrush, you can use some wet paper towel.

Next, place the colored squares directly on the wet bookmark. You get to decide where they go and what it looks like! Sometimes it can be helpful to use your brush to smooth the square down onto the wet paper but your fingers will work just as well.

You might notice bits of color spilling out of the tissue paper squares. This is exactly what we want to happen!

Allow the tissue paper squares to sit on the watercolor paper as long as you like. When you're ready, you can peel the squares off and admire your colorful bookmark!

Pull the yarn through the hole and tie it off to give yourself a little bow or tassle.

Ta-daaa! Stick your bookmark in your Bible or favorite book and enjoy!
