When you're ready, grab your supplies: Balloon (from your envelope) Toilet Paper Tube Markers, Crayons, Stickers, etc. Scissors Decorate your toilet paper tube however you like! The more color, the better! Cut off just a bit of the top of your balloon. Tie a knot at the end of the balloon (where you would normally). Slip the balloon over one end of the toilet paper tube. It should stay on, but if it slips off, you need to secure it with tape. Fill your tube with bits of leaves and flower petals. Pull the end of the balloon and let it go, snapping it to the toilet paper tube. Do a little dance as you watch your confetti fly everywhere! Check out this video to see how we made ours!
